Default lowering my 2.8

hey all, kinda new here and i wanted to lower my car..needing suggestions. i've heard the best way to go was H&R springs w/ bilstein shocks, i don't wanna spend too much money tho either. (i know answers to this question have already been posted in the past somewhere but im too lazy to look for em) thanks for any help!

depends on how much you want to spend, h&r coilovers would be better than shocks/springs, but they'll also cost a few hundred bucks more...you pretty much answered your own question though...if you're on a tight budget, h&r springs w/bilstein shocks are the way to go.
