Default Lowering my A4.....any shops PA area?

I am going to pick up some springs for my birthday, my question is what are some good all around springs, like I heard of getting Teins for cheap on ebay, but H-techs or S-techs I dont even really remember.

But what are some good just springs to use with stock sport suspension, I want to go a bit lower?

And any shops around PA area do it for a good price?

Thanks for any help
