I was wondering that too...Is cutting springs really bad? I know that the ride quality will go down but is there anything else bad that can happen? The reason I'm wondering is because I can't afford lowering springs right now but hate that huge wheel gap and was considering maybe to cut the springs a bit to lower the car at least a little bit.

look for my post on droping my car. you will see how low you can go. or just look at my sig. if you go that low you will not beable to drive on anything thats not flat as a pancake with 1/2 a tank of gas

yea i cut some springs on a neon for a friend he didnt wana fork out the cash, we ended up replacing the springs and struts a month later the ride was soooooo shity just dont do it..... and what the hell are you talking about jeff your car is a flucking 4x4 you need to drop that truck
