the catalytic converter in that link shows a universal cat with no bungs (holes) for O2 sensors. since you have two sensors (one for each stock cat), you'll need a single cat with two bungs. they're a little more expensive...check out magnaflow # 43069. it's not listed on hottexhaust's website but it's on magnaflow.com

I'm going to build one similar. I'm not putting both a resonator and a mid muffler though, just a cat, resonator and a rear muffler.

It isn't necassary to have THAT cat, the cheaper on is ok, just weld the bungs in. I'm pretty sure you can have them both before the cat also, but I'll have to check before I make mine.
