Use spellchecker, and stop capitalizing things which need not be capitalized. And DoNT tYpE liKE THis. Also don't play in traffic, or take candy from stangers, and don't play with fire.
I would get the intake manifold as well. But on the other side, it does have 160,000 miles, so maybe you should think about getting a new car at the same point in time...this car would definitely turn into a moneypit if you blow the engine after dumping money into a better turbo and manifold. But I think the manifold is worth it.
On second thought to my warnings, maybe you should stand in traffic and throw flaming candy at strangers.

how is a BOV not good for the turbo? I've always used one on my projects.
BOV's "blow off" excess air after the throttle plate closes. It actually saves the turbo from the excess pressure getting pushed back into the turbo, which is one cause of shaft play.
DV's do the same thing, they just either recirculate or redirect the excess air. They're also much quieter.

Lets not even get into this, bottom line, bovs are going to ruin ur cat, and u will go through plugs like crazy, and ur car will run rich.I make a loud psssht, with a baily dv and custom intake.
btw- I had my mani bored/ported/polished, and it def makes a dif.
I have a extra mani if anyone wants to do it.

BOV's and DV's don't do the same thing. BOV's vent to the atmosphere when the throtle plate is closed and DV's reroute the excess air back through. So that excess air that you vented to the atmosphere so you can impress all the 16 yo kids is counted for through the ecu. So that air that you just vented to the atmosphere is not there and the ecu thinks it is and add's the right amount of fuel counting on that air being there. So you run rich, clogg cat's, fowl plugs mess up the O2 sensor. Where as if you run a DV it recirculates the air back through when the throtle plate is closed there is nothing to worry about.
On the regualr post, Why did you port and polish a k03. Why not a k04. But then again is it worth it with 160k
Destroying the cat isn't a bad thing, just hollow it out. Your car does run rich though & I think a DV is a much better alternative as you do get Psshhh but not a huge homo sounding Psshttshhhhshhshhshhtshhshs. DV's are better then BOV's. . . . . .In my humble opinion.
Hollowing out a cat is time consuming and u ur not gona pass inspection, might as well run a testpipe. I spent close to 300 on the high flow cat, that i pass inspection still, but its so free flowing i can see right through the thing.
