Manual trans fluid
located on the transmission, underneath the car you'll find 2 bolts. The one om the bottom of the transmission is the drain plug, but you'll need a special socket for it (not exactly sure which one is it). Remove it and when fluid stops flowing reinsert the drain plug.
The other bolt located on the left side of the transmission when facing foward is the filler plug. Remove it and insert the fluid using a seringe or something similar. You should add fluid until it reaches the bottom of the filler plug but no more than that. Also make sure you do this with the car horizontaly to make sure you added the correct amount of fluid.
As for fluid you can use this one:
Redline MT-90 Manual Transmission Fluid
Good luck

I will be doing this very soon so I have my research done already.
Here is the crazy expensive tool:
http://www.germanautoparts.com/Audi/...smission/251/1
Its a tamper resistant triple square. If you can find it cheaper, let me know. Or even better, buy this and when you are done with it, I will buy it from you for $10. You won't need it again.

Get that pump thingy shown in the pics. Make sure you go for a drive before you start to get the oil warm so it flows.
Best oil is that Redline MT-90 mentioned above or a Royal Purple from what I have found. I think I will be going with the Redline though.

That should be all you need. Good luck and have fun.

You can find a cheap drain plug here: (Its only $6.44)
http://www.sjdiscounttools.com/vimxzn116mh.html
You will need a 17mm Hex to get the fill plug off.
The tool on germanautoparts has both the drain plug tool and 17mm all in one though.
