is there a way to find the actual manufacture date of my car ??
by VIN maybe ??

 

on the inside of the door it will tell you this

 

so i've heard, but where ??

the sticker says: "Mfr. by Audi AG ..... blah, blah..... GVWR ... blah.."
there are lota of random #'s scattered throughout the sticker, but which are the mfr. date ?

my car is an '01, and i did find one spot where it sayed "02 01" , but before i assume this means it was manufacted in Feb. of '01 i'd like another example to support that.

since your car is a 01 it will be like 01/07 or something along those lines

 

this would be 10X easier if i wasn't so ghetto and owned my own digital camera....

but here is EXACTLY what is on the sticker in my door-jam.....

"MFD BY AUDI AG 02 01 GVWR LBS 4453 GAWR LBS FRONT 2205/REAR 2491
THIS VEHICLE CONFORMS TO ALL APPLICABLE US FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE ......"


..then on the end of the sticker, written along the left edge, from top to bottom...

"0636532 0013 3"

any help ?
