haha man, you guys would have a heart attack over here. seems like every other kid with an audi has a bov.

ya i would give every last one of them a beat down. thats hurtin the audi pretty bad unless they modified the car to handle it. reason why i say stay away from tis one is cause putting a bov on makes you run rich. if the doctor has been running a bov for a while that means the car has been running rich for a while which could cause quite a few problems down the road. and the inmotion chip is crap.
haha i know i said i was gonna wait until i started modding.....but i dont think i can ..... first thing i want to do is lower the car... i was searching a bit and saw that lowering 2 inches didnt look very low at all are there springs available that lower more than 2 inches? as far as camber, without getting a camber kit is 2 inches about the max you can go?
haha yea damn that mod bug.... its a sneaky little sucker. haha but does anyone know what body kit this is https://www.audiforums.com/photo.asp...type=6&apage=1 quite sexy
Audis are good cars man dont get me wrong. After 1-year you will be bored. Find yourself wondering why you got one. (its just a car) Too many people think they got big D***s once they get an AUDI. then u have people on forums with posts counts at 4000-5000 that have them ..well most of them from not helping people. and answersing questions like...
hahah
or
your're a noob.
Thats why i tend to stay off forums unless i have question or something to contribute. i do post in off topic from time to time or read up on problems that ive never seen. my 2 cents
get it if u got money for repairs ..do a carfax b4 u buy it. check all lights are on **CHECK ENGINE LIGHT** run a vagcom test all the good stuff before u even think about buying it.
also get low miles.
Get a 1999.5 best model ever. stronger engine.dont get a 1996 or 1997

hi, well im completley new to audi's and european cars in general. i used to have a turbo charged civic Si until someone decided that they deserved it more than me and stole it. well ive been in the market for another car for the last 2 months or so and living in colorado i was looking for something AWD. My first initial thought was to go with a subaru and i almost bought 3 of them but for each one the seller backed out on me. i didnt even think about an audi until about 15 minutes ago but since it was on my mind i thought i would ask some questions. i would probably be looking at a 1.8t quattro. what are the major differences between the 96-99 from the 01- and up models? the cars i am looking at have fairly high mileage like 90k+ miles. what are some things that i should be looking out for at that mileage? i have heard from random places that audi's are not very reliable, something about electronics being extremely finicky leading to hefty repair bills. true or false? any people coming from hondas to audis? how was the transistion for you in the aspect of being able to work on your car? well i think i have some more questions but i cant think them right now so ill post as they come to mind. thanks for youre time!
