wow that was a long time ago. i read the post mbc and i got excited becuase i like to talk about that kind of stuff. but then i realized i already did.
and arif ill answere your question becuase i didnt do it lasty ear lol
its ok to run a mbc if you are tuned for the boost level you are running. you cant just turn the boost up, you have to match it with the right amout of fuel or boom.

Why wouldn't you be able to? The ecu looks at how much air flow there is....and adds fuel accordingly...if you increase air(boost) the ecu will try and keep the af ratio ther same by adding fuel. You will run into problems when you peak teh stock injectors...
And if people totally off base with what they are saying... I'll dig up a year old thread and let them know.

no thats not true. the ecu cant add that much fuel. if you dont believe me ill dig up my a/f logs when i tried to boost the k03 to 24psi'ish. i was hella lean then i blew the turbo

hmm 24 psi on an upgraded turbo...and u hit fuel cut...where your injectors were maxed out. So go grab your af logs.....I'm guessing that with most KO4 chips they come with injectors for a reason...becuase you hit 100 DC and the only wy to flow more fuel into the cylinder would be higher fuel pressure.
