Default mintex red box vs. pbr ceramic?

I'm looking to spend about 50 or 60 on front brake pads for a 96 a4 and trying to narrow things down. Any opinions on these two from ecstuning? One that has more bite, squeal, or dust over the other from ur experience? I'm open to other suggestions as well -- these are the two that I find most people tend to recommend on here...

I'm also a bit curious how these compare to pagid OEMs as well if anyone happens to know.

I'm planning on putting Brembo OEM rotors on at the same time. Don't figure I really need slotted or drilled... its just a daily driver, not a track car.

I put Akebono Euro ceramic pads on my car and I am very happy with them. Zero squeal, basically zero dust, and good bite. I know they are more expensive than the ones you are looking at, but they are pretty sweet pads and come with the sensor for the front pads. I got them from the Tire Rack.

Compared to the OEM pads, the ceramics will have WAY less dust. In general, they will last longer too.

PBR ceramic - noxious squeal.
