Ok so I did an engine swap a few weeks ago and now misfire cylinder 2, moved around spark plugs, coils, fuel injectors, checked for power to coil/fuel injector, checked compression. And it all checks out. Any ideas? I have a 1997 Audi a4 Quattro with the 20valve engine 1.8 l turbo 5 speed. Note that I do have a straight pipe and no cat, so it's constantly throwing a cat code. Did you move around your spark plug wires? Did the problem move with the wires or stay on Cylinder #2?
