Default Miss fire occatinally

I have a 98 a4 2.8 and Since it ran 100K miles I replaced all my 6 spark plugs... and also I did a fuel injector cleaning.

After two weeks .. I find a jerk motion very occatinally and also my engine check light started glowing. Since I though it could be a miss fire .

I took it for a scan. But it did not so me any code. The mechanic said that.. he found the miss fire very occationaly. and in the scan he did not fine any code.

Does one have any suggestions ?

Could be pack, ignition module, fuel injector, plugged fuel filter, bad gap on a spark plug. Lots of things. Since it started after you replaced your spark plugs, I'd go back and check the spark plug gaps and make sure that the wire connections are tight.

If you had a check engine light, there should have been a code stored in there.
