Default Mods on the way

Well I just ordered an intake (for sound),M3 lip, smoked sidemarkers, and I'm going to pick up some new speakers so i don't have to fade it to the back to get rid of the crackles. Once I get the wheels (deep dish black 18's with polished lip) it'll will really set it off. I'm ordering my magnaflow now also.

I'm also ordering some allroad tranny mounts and a dts to make this thing super solid.
I decided on the smoked side markers because the car is black and they would look better with the blacked out grill, tinted windows, and black wheels than the clears would.

Got my intake today and took 20 minutes to install. I love the sound and I think it did make a little difference it power, not big, just a difference. There is a little black tube that was connected to the stock airbox going down to what I'm guessing is an airpump. I can't fit it to the new intake without a different adapter. Will it hurt anything having it not connected?

I have the same intake on my car, and I know the tube you're talking about. My car has shown zero side effects from not having this tube hooked up. It was hooked up on the unfiltered side of the air filter anyhow, and is likely just a breather source or atmospheric reference for something in the car. I got a barbed fitting and a small breather filter (kind of like a "mini-me" version of the air cone filter) at the parts store and put it on there just in case, but no, you shouldn't have any issues with leaving it open.

I wasn't going to spend much on an intake just for sound so I bought this one. I have bought intakes off of ebay before with great results so I knew what I was getting.
