Ok so i'v done most of my research and i knowwhat i am goin to do to my car i just have a couple more options i wanna explore.. Is there a twin turbosetup for a 97 1.8t quattro? or can it even be done? second i wanna convert my car to a manual do i have to get a whole new engineor what???

There is no one that I know of that has ever converted an a4 auto to a manual.
You'd have to do the engine and the tranny, I believe, I could be wrong, but thats just what I can remember.

Its much, much more cost effective to sell your auto, and buy a manual.

And no there is no twin turbo set up either. There are plent of big turbos though, that will get you to over 300 at the wheels.

ok yeah there was this one turbo that was capable of 450hp but i just wanted to be all different and redicalous with it. are the engine's the same in the QM and the QA because if so cant you just do the tranny and all the inside stuff

do a search for tranny swaps.. basically everyone who's going to post after me will tell you to just sell your car and buy one with a manual transmission. you'll save yourself a lot of money.
