In response to my previous requests for help (see https://www.audiforums.com/m_182377/.../tm.htm#182377 ) things have progressed or even digressed!

Woke up this morning, -10 degrees C outside and the car turned over at 80% of normal speed but fired real quick.

Drove to work but the damn thing wouldnt change gear until 4000RPM........

Its not the MAF..... What the hell can cause this? The ECU maybe?

On cold mornings before my car warms up, it will stay in a gear much longer than usual. As long as it's shifting normally once the car is warm I don't think it's a problem. However, you may want to keep the rpms a bit lower until the car starts to warm up.
