I recently bought a 2003 3.0 manual transmission and i'm wondering what i can buy/do to give it a little juice. I hear racing chips, exhausts, and air intake but are there any specific good brands i should look at? Any other mods i could purchase?

I think you are stuck waiting until a 3.0L supercharger comes out... start working on suspension, maybe a set of wheels.....gl!

 

im pretty sure pes has a 3.0 supercharger, its 5500 big ones. if you put a giac chip, exhaust, headers, and intake you would gain about 20hp.... not worth the 2500 you would spend if you ask me. just drop it on rims, get a nice system, nice in dash dvd/navi unit and roll in style while hondas drive by you with manual door locks and cloth seats... audis are a whole different world.

 

Yeh its hard to find **** for the 3.0, it sucks. oh well im doing a custom turbo job

 

There is no SC for the 3.2, but you can get a PES supercharger for your 3.0. Not cheap though, but really the only practicaloption for significant power increase. Good luck with any custom turbo jobs haha. I speak for everyone when I say I'll believe it when I see it. Im not saying it cant be done though, Im just saying once people figure out all the time and effort and money and down time it takes to do it right, they give up on the idea or sell their car.

 

Ya you are pretty much A**ed out for making more power, exhasut and chip may get you 20 hp, everyone here is right, i myself having the 3.0 did it so i wouldnt put 5k in the engine, rims tints lip spoiler system maybe NAV and pimp around steal some huneys and sh*t.
