My A8 brakes are on! PICS ADDED
The "benefit" of using TT calipers is that it allows you to use A8 rotors... which are bigger. These are 312mm x 25mm rotors... or 12.3" rotors. Your zimmermans are 11.3". So, if you bought some 12.3" rotors, they wouldn't fit under your caliper... without TT carriers.
And I don't remember the name of the wrecker... they were dicks though... but they did have the parts. There are sites that help you find car parts... carpart.com comes to mind. There are lots in USA though. Canada is tricky!

I was expecting an ECStuning link or something. HahaEDIT: haha you're speedy! And yeah, that is exactly what I have... well, for all intents and purposes. The rotors are obviously different... but the caliper carriers are what is important. After that, any 312x25mm A8 rotor will work. Drilled, slotted, plain face... whatever.

whats the benefit of using TT carriers? I have zimmerman rotors on my car too, good high performance pads and my stock calipers.

You have to have TT carriers to fit the stock caliper over the new giant rotors.
