LOL not gunna happen, its a nice thought but its common sence to put stands under there and they even tell you to right on the jack

yea, u shoulda used jackstans, but the jack shouldent have faild either, i'd call the jack company and say that because of the jack fail, they are going to pay for alignment/ dimmer problem.

in tearms of your problem, i'd go with coils, and make the people who sold you the wheels pay fo them.

start there, and see where it takes you

hahaa.. ok guys.. i learnt my lesson with the jack.. i guess thats all i can say!

Anyway, i'm going to see today how far in the tires will go inwards past the shock body, so then i can have an idea as to what 10mm spacers and 215 rubber would do. It might just be perfect enough so i dont have to empty my already-empty walley.

If this doesn't work, are coilovers the only chance?? Are there less expensive shocks that have a thinner body? Or are all the normal shocks pretty much the same body width? I also saw like $70 gas shocks.. but u guys would shoot me if i fit them right

Also, my friend said that the off handling might be caused by when the lower suspension arm hit the floor. He said it might have bend the arm and this is why the steering is off..

yea, ur gonna have to take it to an alignment shop and they'll tell you exactly whats wrong, and they might be able to fix it cheap.

secondly, try a thinner tire, but why is it only rubbing on one side, the back end's should be identical, if one rubs, then the other should too

hey guys.. after talking to the tire place they insist that they are not at fault for the tires getting ripped up.

The boss claims that his guys perfectly and legally fit the tires onto the wheel and thats what they do. And that the (previous) owner who fit the suspension is at fault for lowering the car from legal design rule standards. But my arguement is that they should be making sure that the tire and wheels fit fine when fit to the car.

Am i at fault? Or are they? What can my arguement be? I am now 2 tires down if they aren't replaced by them for free...

their job is to put the tires on and wheels on so they should have actually made sure they were going to work in every aspect
