My Car is a 1999 or 1999.5

I only know that the first owner of my car bought it in sptember 1999.
But how to know if the car is a 1999.5 ?

yes its a 99.5 or after.. 1 piece headlights and the headunit area and the climate controls. unless they changed some stuff around.
