Thanks for the kind word guys.

As for the wheels, the car has been totaled, so I dont even own them anymore, the insurance company does. I'm just glad that I didn't get new wheels before this happened. I should be hearing back from the insurance adjuster soon about how much i will get back. I'll definitely be getting another A4 after this, (stuck in an 07 honda civic rental for now). The guy at the towing yard didn't believe that the truck hit the car and how well the audi took it. Like is said, it was a 60mph road I crossed. If it was me, i'd have probably been cruising at around 70. From his point of view, I came out of no where, so I dont even know if he had the reaction time to slam on the brakes.

It was a stop sign.I was trying to cross a road and get into a commuter parking lot. The road I was crossing did not have a stop sign, or stop light, but it is a 60mph zone. There was a van turning right, and I saw far enough to believe that the coast was clear for me to go. It wasnt.....

Wow that's pretty scary. Glad to hear you're alright; like someone said earlier, cars come and go but you only get one life. Was the other driver okay afterwardas well?
