my car is slow!!!
yup! not anything seriously modded but i've been in front of a couple5.0 mustangs, even a stock c5 vette. trust me i was more suprised than the guy drivin the car. i'm also fwd and a 5 speed. the quattro, tip's are quite a bit slower. since when was my mod list stock last time i checked stock is stock. i'm not ranting. just wonderin where your comin from??

so im at a light this morning next to a guy in a yellow aztec, i wasn't paying attention (trying to decide if i make the right to go to work or straight to the gas station) he takes off i see him leave and i take off. now the sad part, after the intial turbo lag he's already way ahead of me so i keep the gas down and i still wasn't able to even begin gaining on him.

just because you passed a c5 on the interstate or something doesnt mean you beat one... that thing has double your horsepower and less weight probably...
but anyhow i lost to a minivan in a very similar situation [:@] i wasnt racing just trying to get in front of her and she wouldnt let me! of course a few things have changed and ive spent way to much $ so i can finally conquer a MINIVAN!!!!!!!
seriously though APR 1+ go to www.audizine.com and PM manguyen in the b6 section, he has great deals on OEM injectors.. that, a new DV and maybe test pipe if u can, and u will be set for a little while, then......

after I just got my 2.8 with tip I knew it wasn't "fast" but I was a bit chagrined when my admittedly shatty audi couldn't get infront of a friend in his total POS early ninties altima for a merge. It feels peppy zipping around on the freeways though so whatever, it's a sweet ride regardless of it's 0-60 performance.
you guys dont feel turbo lag? oh boy...when i hit the gas the car is a dog and then maybe at like 5-10 mph the car wakes up.

It sort of kawasaki's catch all. they market it in some cases as a sport tourer, in others as a beginners 600 but i love the way it looks and its a good compromise between speed and comfort so i dont really care what they call it! I've been riding for some time so its not really fad but i've seen a lot of people go through it. my roomate bought an R6, had it 9 days before he crashed it and then rode one time after that before it got stolen.

Hi man.. I have a 2000 a4 1.8t with 190ps. It is chipped factory I have also mod the air flow and done the exhaust and that did make a difference. Get the cat off the turb!!! Simple rule the faster you get air in and out a engine the better it will perform. I really recommened a chip it will make a huge difference!! But as a budget factor do the exhaust first with the air flow.
