yeah, my forge is fairly loud too. I dont like it though. I am going to run a bov once I get the t3t4 setup in.

 

sweet i cant wait for that thing to be installed. we need more t3t4'ers out there. what kind of tuning are you going to run?

 

There is nothing wrong with your DV, as long as there is vacuum applied to it from your intake manifold it will remain open. It only closes to hold pressure when there is no more vacuum. while you are at idle it will recirculate air in the intake, It will only close to hold pressure when the throttle is all the way open.
