Whatever you do, just be one step ahead!!! If you do something you could get in alot of **** for, cover your *** and dont do it unless you know you cant get cought.
Dont forget about Blackmail either, its a very powerfull tool that can be legal. Get a tape of them doing something illegal, or something that they really would not want the entire school to find out about. If you can do some trickey things with a computer it dosnt even have to be true, the rest of the kids in your school would just have to believe it is. Maybe one of them has the smallest ***** anyone has ever seen (or maybe not, photo shop is great). Put them in a position where they have to decide, leave your car alone, or have a miserable highschool life.

Put a note on the parents car saying "If your kid dosn't stop keying my car, I Will key yours". This way you've done nothing wrong, and his parents will rip into him. and if he doesn't stop, keep leaving notes. Eventually he will get tired of fighting with his parents about it.
