never had White Castle but have some family from the east coast and they said it wasnt very good

haha, saw Harold and Kumar two nights ago... then had to have White Castle last night. Yes, I bowed to the 80 minute commercial but got some laughs out of it so we're even. I was actually just in Lynwood, CA last week for work and was wishin for some In n Out... wound up eating at Mr. Stox's in Anaheim. I'll be sure to hit it up come Late October.

Bostonb0mber, we ventured back out today. Punched in Makers Mark in the portable Nav system and we were on our way. It was a little farther than Jim Beam's but nice scenic drive. However, the stupid nav got us driving through the boondocks, it was kinda' scary. The road was smaller than a driveway and lots of blind curves. Every curve we hit, I kept hoping there's no vehicles going the other direction. We ended up at the back of the distillery, workers had to tell us to drive around the front. When we got to the front parking lot, it was full of vettes, they were having they're own GTG

....and I got 2 bottles of Maker's Mark, drinking one of them as I'm posting this

 

glad you had fun at the makers plant and ky is vette city they got a musuem and the factory is somewhere in ky near there when I come home from iraq that is the first thing I am getting a nice bottle of the mark

 

C'mon now....I live in Louisville (not far from those distilleries) and drive the same car but S-Line (and manual). You have to remember Kentucky is full of Horse Farms and old money; hell, I've seen 3 different S8s in the last two weeks.

Anyhow, nice ride and pics SoCalJoe and I hope you are enjoying the Bourbon. Next time pick up a bottle of Woodford Reserve, it's like bottled Heaven.
