Default Is my swaybar hurting my stock shocks?

I'm running the Neuspeed swaybar on its softest setting. Probably put about 500 miles on it so far, but no trips to the track, just spirited driving.

Are my stock sport shocks OK to handle the increased lateral stress? Will it make them die premeturely? I've already got 45K miles on my current ones, so the're probably hurtin aways...

Also, I'm about to replace my plastic endlinks with metal endlinks off a '97....net result, making it stiffer. Is this a bad idea w/ stock shocks?

THanks...
