spirit of adventure I call it that's what mods are all about for the (young) but I keep mine stock because I cant be bothered like the old days when anything went regardless of cost

exactly right, ive been punished several times but trust me the fun is worth it memories are golden, good or bad :P

so if i gut my cat and run a pipe threw it, it will be exactly the same as putting a test pipe right? just masked by a false cat

yeah im gonna go yard as soon as possible get me another to play with, lol this might sound dumb and again u gotta excuse me but, how will the pipe inside the modified cat stay in there, wouldnt it just slide down the cat and down the exhaust lol?

its all down to size mate a couple of welds will secure it, without the pipe inside it will act as a resonator box but still better than a cat

okay cool, now last question promise im learning alot from this, what size pipe should i look for? aaaaaand can i use any pipe or am i looking for any special material, can i just got exhaust shop and say id like @@ size pipe please?

pipe material is unimportant but stainless lasts longer as for bore size keep it the same as the rest of the exhaust "over size does strange things like making the car quite and back pressure issues" like a resonator or torpedo as I call it, off road cars use a single size pipe with no boxes in the system and standard size is 2.5" stainless with flex at the front but I cant divulge how the make it road legal for obvious reasons

yes?? its a front wheel drive therefor the engine flexes when pulling away so as to prevent exhaust from snapping due to stress load
