I am getting my new N75 (clconversion hooked me up) soon, and if it puts me into limp mode i'll be selling it. But if you look around and do a lot of reading and searching on the net and various audi boards (as well as vw), you'll notice just what black991.8tq said - works for some, doesn't for others.

This may be why ECS took the A4 off the compatibility list - because too many people were returning them.

mine works flawlessly, but if you overboost with a mbc i think it will go to limp mode also so its hit or miss

if you do go into "limp mode" how do you fix it? Do you just turn your car off and back of? or do you have to do more?

FYI, I believe the limp mode problem only applies to 00-01 A4s.

I think that most of the time it is as easy as a restart, it was for me. Some have to disconnect battery or clear codes. Best thing to do is try it and find out.

Also, depending on which software (chip) you're running will depend which valve you should run... H, J, or K (different N75 valves) ...

How about a boost machine instead of an N75-H, J or K?

These are comon on TT's. They do work on A4' too. Aliel has one installed in his car.
