Default need good brake pads

Im upgrading the front rotors on my 98 quattro with some brembo drilled and slotted rotors and i still need a good recommendation for brake pads. I dont want to spend70 to a hundred on some ceramics so does anyone know of some good lower brake dust metallic pads?

I would reccomend that you spend the money on good pads and buy cheaper rotors. Not expensive rotors and cheap pads.
Low dust and inexpensive are almost mutually exclusive. You can get the pads wiithout the brake wear sensor and use them to save a few bucks (~$15-$20). You will just need to splice the sensor wire together tokeep the brake light from coming on.

EBC greenstuff are nice pads. I buy the cheapest rotors i can - they work just fine. I have an extra set of front greenstuff pads that I don't need. PM me if you'd like them... I'll let them go for $45 shipped - they don't have the pad wear sensors

i think if ur gonna go for good ones get all good ones. i wouldnt' get good pads and bad rotors or vice versa. even though it cost more, it'll be worth it. also see if u can get the pads at a local store with lifetime warranty on them.

+1 for EBC greenstuff, great bite, the new rims are happy with low brake dust and they're not too expensive

A blank rotor is a blank rotor from whoever you get it from - They're all manufactured to OEM specs.
