I’m very interested in purchasing eibach lowering springs for my '01 Audi a4 although I don’t know how much of a drop I should get. I have a set of 18inch rs4 wheels and the gap between the wheels and the wheel wells is pretty far (about 2.5 inches). Im sorry i dont have a pic, i cant get the upload to work.

Most questions you could think to ask, have already been answered and yo can find them by searching
Also, before you post anythign else you should read this
Besides that the answer to your question (since you are new, welcome by the way) is that you will need a set of shocks to go along with your springs, your stock shocks will give out before you know it... the most common set-up would probably be H&R/Bilstein
and for future reference, with a question like this you should list not only year, but engine and awd or fwd....
I would probably go with the 1.25"-front and 1.0"-rear (drop), so that you wont have any rubbing issues....

If i was you, I would get the H&R coilovers. You can raise and lower them all you want.

I dont know that much about suspension stuff to help you out. sorry
