I got this rattling noise that comes out from underneath the closest spark plug to the windshield. It only comes out whenever I start my car and a little bit after each time I shift gears. I had a diagnostic check up and got the P0411 code that means secondary air injection system, improper flow or something like that. Where can I get it fixed in the Northern VA area or southern Maryland area...I dont want to go to a dealership and I dont want to pay a crazy amount since I just had a baby and cant afford it.

Its probably a bad combi valve. It located on the rear of the head and is part of the secondary air injection system. Not supposed to rattle.
