So, I ultimately decided that I want an A4 over the TSX, and other cars, but now, I am thinking about it, and really like the 04 just as much as the 06. BUT, would you buy a) an 06 with 4-9k miles on it or an 04) with 25k ish miles on it? Both are certified so will still have scheduled maintanence free as well as some warranty remaining, which would you guys get? Are there any big differences besides the 1.8T and 2.0T besides a little HP, and I am getting an auto so the 6 speed vs 5 speed is not really a big deal either. jut want to make sure I have covered all bases before I go in to buy. Obviously I would ike a lower payment which is why I am thinking about going with the 04, but if the 06 has a lot of better things or if I should be wary buying a used 04 then that's what I am looking to know...

I say if you can afford an 06 than get it. Its newer and has less miles. I bought my 2005.5 over 06 and now i kinda regret a little. Don't get me wrong tho, i love the b6 body but maybe i shoulda got b7.

 

2005.5 is the B7, you must have bought a 2005 Dr!ven.

ero2, I went throught the same thing. I opted for the new body style though because it has better looks and a much more capable engine (my opinion about looks). It also has much better brakes to boot.

 

I like the looks better too. I had never seen an A3, but now I think I may be sold on a new A3...not sure, still trying to figure it out. I had a few people over tonight and showed em all which 2 cars I was lookin at (A3, and A4) and the girls go, you can't pick up chicks in that, they'll all be like,"Hey grandpa in your station wagon, and ****." It was funny, and I like the look of the A3, but man, for some reason that comment keeps resonating LOL. I saw the dropped A3, with the 17s, black with black tint, and think it looks sick as hell, as well as the white one in the SoCal GTG pics...ahhhh, decisions, decisions....

 

get an 06 with the 3.2, 255 hp haha
but anyways i like the b7's a lot more and i think the a4's are cooler than three's jsut my opinion
