Default need some advise on this used audi

2003 Audi A4 1.8 Turbo Quattro

Miles: 44500
Warranty: Existing untill 50000
asking: $15,500

What I worry about is after 50000 miles, it will be out of warranty. hows Audi reliability, is this a good deal? the dealer provided a lot pics, looks like the car is in great condition.

thanks for your advice and happy new year to you all!

For that car, if you do buy it, make sure that you take it to have its 50k major service performed BEFORE you hit 50k miles. The service will be free from the nearest Audi stealership. After 50k miles, all repairs will be on you.

the major service is at 40k so he should be good. and if its from a dealership u sould get additional pre-owned warantee....like i did.

Sounds like a very good deal. Have an 03 1.8t with tip and has been a great car overall. If you want it....Carfax it and take it to a dealer before it hits 50K as Veloracer says.

Thanks for the input guys, I have attached some pics so you can see the condition of this audi.

So once I purchased this audi, I can take it to the audi dealer to do a free 50k major service performed. does this include the Timing belt..?(what does the major service include?)

Also, should I cut down the price to the dealer when I want to make the purchase, if so how much should I start?

Thanks again everybody, Happy new year to you all!

also I just found out this audi does not have Leather seat and SUN-ROOF, maybe that's why the price is only 15,500

good deal i say but id look into replaceing the timing belt before 60k miles. 1.8t from what ive seen on forums and on my buddys gti, its somewhat of a high maintenece engine. oyu need synthetic oil to prevent sludging, tb needs replaceing ever 60k miles not manufacterer recommended 90k. stuff like that. otherwise great tuning potential and very reliable. also from driving a 1.8t compared to my 12v alot better throttle response.
