Default need some help on satellite radio

Hi everyone,
I am about to buy either 330XI or A4 3.0 quattro. I am so frustrating in making decision. anyway, I see that Audi offer 2 Audio packages with satellite radio. One is XM radio and another is Sirrus. Which one would you suggest me to get. I have no clue on which one is a better one or which is more popular than other.
my second question is : would a4 3.0 quattro give me a room performing mod such as chip or adding supercharge ? I keep follow the PES supercharger but it does not sound that good since transmission of A4 3.0 isn't that good for higher torque. I do'nt know much about car modding. All information i knew is by reading this forum and audiworld.com.
third question: Would manual transmission give the car more pull than the automatic ? i currently have 2003 A4 3.0 quattro with automatic trans. when i drive, the car does not shift as smooth as it should. it give some hesistation and little juggling too. I am planning on getting a stick shift but I NEVER DRIVE A STICK SHIFT BEFORE. so give me some help please

thank you

XM has more music and Sirrus has more sports, that about the only difference in the two....

Have a friend that has sirrus, he got that one because he said it didnt have as much commercials as XM. What he has discovered that pissed him off is that the DJ talks quite a bit, said he was going to switch to XM with his next car and see how that one is. That is the only complaint I have heard sirrus. I havent heard any complaints about XM yet. Thats the extent of my knowledge on satellite radio.

I have Sirius. One of my friends has Xm. They are very similar. They each have plenty of music and the DJ doesn't really talk much. A few seconds between groups of songs. Both have comedy channels, Sirius has one that is "dirty" and one that is OK for kids. So the service is very similar. Sirius has a lifetime option, I think it was 400. One really BAD thing about XM is that they are owned by Clear Channel. They are the religious freaks. Just that reason alone is enough to make me stay away. Do a google search on clear channel. They are evil.
