Is it so common for the wheel lug bolts to fuse to the hub through corrosion that the hub is stripped... I'm about to replace my second hub in as many months due to this failure, and I'm starting to get pissed. Accusing the tire shop of stripping the bolts is getting me no where.

How common is this?
