Basic hand tools... wrenches, maybe a johnson bar... the hand of God (for the devil bolt)... and a spring compressor (which can be rented or even borrowed for free from some places).

It is a very easy job... if it weren't for the devil bolt.

...

The devil bolt is the pinch bolt that goes through the 'knuckle' which holds the upper control arms.
Why is it the devil? Because it wont come out.

Yeah, once you have the bolt out, everything is a piece of cake... seriously. BUT... the devil bolt... ... talk to Yuikio.

In fact, there is a thread dedicated to it... search under his name.

Well I wouldnt say a suspension is "easy". I did mine with no compressors, and it made it extremely hard, and no directions either. Grab a buddy to help you, and make SURE you have directions, it will make it alot easier.

How did you do it then? Blah... I recall that there was an alternative... but I didn't like it either.

But I do stand by the fact that it WAS easy other than that bolt... very easy.

And why on earth would you try it without compressors? Isn't that like... dangerous? Did you just jack it up to position? Meh, loan-a-tool is free... so why not?

Well, here we were using an impact wrench until is siezed up on us. then it was cranking those suckers by hand. And let me tell ya, they weren't the most trustworthy compressors I have ever seen... lol... I kept wondering which one os us was going to lose a knee or face
