needed tools for new suspention
One side is easier than the other... one side you can get a punch on it... and then you can get a very big effin hammer to it... but the other side... you can't. Not unless you remove your fender. :P
One side on my car was gotten out by hammering the HELL out of it, while my dad torqued the bolt to turn it, while I hammered it... eventually it BUDGED... at that point we knew we were winning... 20 minutes later it was out. The other side was eventually drilled out. Good times.
EDIT: audi05... your sig is too wide dude! my laptop has a 13" screen and everytime you post... it means I gotta move around to read posts... blah! haha

Well i can turn a wrench pretty good, and without airtools and spring compressors it took me like 6hrs, and that doesnt qualify as easy in my book, lol.
btw- I used ratchet straps as spring compressors

Dose anyone know were you can buy/rent a spring compressor. How much would it be for the people that have done it. Thanks for the help everyone iam going to try and do it myself instead of paying someone to do it.
Just jack up your car, and try and get the devil bolt out... if you get it out, then the rest is seriously a piece of cake... yeah it might take you 4 or 5 hours... but it isn't hard work. Devil bolt aside, I was prolly an hour each side up front... and 35-45 minutes for the rears.
