Default Neuspeed Vs. The rest

ok i need to know the answer to this question becuase this will determine my next modifiction in about a month. I have the neuspeed chip, now im thinking about doing one of these three modifications within the next month or two.

#1-electric fan kit, pulleys, short shifter, snub mount

#2-exhaust kit

now the third one i actually just started thinking about.. im thinking about getting a new chip. so here is my question to you guys. if i decide to go with the giac or revo chip, how much difference would it make. Heres a scenario to think about : race between a car with a neuspeed chip,dv, k&n filter against a car with the GIAC,dv,k&n filter. How many lengths would the GIAC win by?

and would it be worth it to do this or just go with package #1 or #2?

I would suggest finding someone local w/ GIAC, APR, or Revo, and test drive there's. Thats the only way your gonna find out.

apr and giac will give you about twice as much HP as the neuspeed chip, and 2-3 times more torque...i think for the 01s APR has a better torque increase...revo i don't know much about, i recommend apr

I would go with APR since REVO basically stole everything from them. I wouldnt buy the poser brand.

I hear GIAC is nice but APR gives more HP and Torque.

Default Borla and Nuespeed-gotta breath

I agree totally with insuite. You have to change your exhaust in order to allow air to flow. Nuespeed exhaust (what I run) is first class unit but a bit loud. Good low and mid range punch however. The Borla exhaust was very nice, (what I had run prior to the Nuespeed) not to loud but much better performance than stock.

i dont know, i have 2 great arguments, if i do end up getting another chip, i would take the neuspeed off and sell it, if that is possible? i bought the car like this so i wouldnt know, all that ive done is the k&n filter and the dv.
