i just bought a 03 A4 1.8t quattro (automatic) in a dark silver, just wanted some opinions on what mods i should do first.. i also want to ask what a chip is, what does it do , where can i get one ... aight thanks in advance

What is a chip exactly? what does it do.. i have a certified car too, does this prevent me from getting a chip? since i am under certified ownership what else am i not able to do

 

and do you guys think 19 inch rims are too big for an a4? would 18s be better
