new abd racing intake
abd is coming out for a cold air intake for the b5 1996-2000 1.8t. Thank god that there is something other than that da*n evo system. The retail is 299.00 but you will actually see horsepower gains( yes even when your engine is hot). wahoooo!!!!!!!

RE: new abd racing intake
intakes are never the greatest idea on the turbo keep in mind...
your engine bay is much hotter than NA, so you may be best off just swissing your stock airbox and dropping in a K&N. though, the CAI may solve this issue, you also have to keep in mind: decient puddle = hydrolock. granted you can get a bypass valve for it. but not only is that adding restriction on the intake, but i personally wouldn't trust one of those devices when we're talking about completly locking up your engine to the point of no repair.
i'll leave the CAIs for the track cars.
