The A6 is more expensive than the A4. If you are shopping an a6 and a4 in the same relative price range, what is the difference in the cars? Is it mileage, options, age, or something else?

Mileage on the a4 was about 50k, the a6 had about 80k. Year both were 2k1. Price was within $500 of each other. I was just lazy and didn't feel like making a longer drive, but deffinatly will be. A6 or S4 for sure I'm thinking now, even if I spend more than I want to.

The A4 is definately a great everyday car. If you are worried about speed it starts out slow, but with about 2-3k of work you can make it really jump. Maybe you should stick with the cheaper A4 with the low mileage and then load it up matching the S4 in performance, but saving money in the long run.

Just a thought.
