stock tell i get more money, i just got new pads and rotors not even 500 miles ago in the rear so they will be fine

this is a bit off topic from my origional post but i didnt want to start a new thread. i found a chip (?) in my car but i dont know how it got there or what it is, all i can say is that it was left in my glove box. on the top it says.
