Exilinx are chips they use on a soundcard
the picture from the chip looks similar to something you could find on a soundcard
but i am not 100% sure

 

it came in a box labeled program file

 

hmm no idea then(soundcard came to mind immediatly when i saw that name since i remember those things from work)
hard to believe Exilinx made stuff for a ECU or anything else for a car
but everything is possible in this weird world

maybe somebody else knows

btw from what i can see on the second pic
it was never soldered on which can mean 2 things 1. spare part 2. programmable rom
a electro shop could know this since a eeprom chip looks similar like that also
you plug it on a programmer and you just write some code on it

 

ok just picked up my car and my new brakes(not on yet) and my effed up manifold. ill have pics up in a sec

 

Ssr comps were on my list too but i don't like driving with bent wheels. They weigh 15.5pd(17in), but will bend very easily. The oc chronos weigh 16pd and are alot stronger.

they are 13 inches and the wheels i have now are only 15 lol

Damnnn... those are ginormous... very nice... I think those will stop your car just a lil quicker than stock... just maybe...
