so i just baught a a 99.5 A4 1.8t and i has been acting rather odd.
1) the plate on the front bumper keeps poping up and when i touch it it goes back down (the little square on the top of the bumper) it only happens when i'm driving and its up when i get out of my car, i have no idea what it is or dose any help?
2) While driving, the lights on information center flash for a second and shut off,
3)should the sun roof seat fully in the roof, mine seems to sit up a little in the back.
4)my tires make alot of noise (more than the 30's on my jeep) the car dosen't shake the tires are just loud, the qustion is what is every one else running for a good all season?
thanks for any info on thease issues, other than that i love my new ride, at work i have to look out the window to make sure its not a dream.

 

1) that's your headlight washer. it should be down until you activate it.
2) electrical problem or you might need a new HUD
3) it should sit so that the black weather strip is only a tiny bit higher than the roof and should be equal all around.
4) you don't want to know what i'm running for all seasons because i'm too ashamed to tell too. go to tirerack.com and read some comments. they're pretty accurate.
