new to the group and need some info

Default new to the group and need some info

what up audi forms! ihave an 03 a4 1.8t qauttro and i love it.i was wondering 1) what would be a quality, inexpensive flywheel/clutch replacement? and if anyone knows any good shops in the VA BEACH area???

Hi kblas, welcome to the forum.. quality and inexpensive dont usually go on the same description of a product for these cars.. If you are going to upgrade the clutch I would strongly suggest a South Bend clutch. You probably wont need it but hey what the hell! If you upgrad to more power down the road it will already have the clutch to handle it

Southbend FE SS will hold any future mod you could think of, and you could resurface your dual mass flywheel if it is in decent shape. Southbend will do that for free, actually. You can find that set up for @$500 or so on other Audi forums under group buys or specials.
Don't know about shops.... lowball is around $500 and could cost up to $900 for install. All in all, that is still way cheaper than the parts and labor a dealer would charge.
