My motor is completly destroyed.. They offerd my 1,500 to take and part the car out? what are they thinking i have twice as much in mods???. So there charging me 6,500 hunderd for a brand new engine, and installing my turbo AGAIN. That includes install and the works. So im am gona have my car for a LONG time to now, which i dont mind cuz it had 114k on it. But when i think of 6500 i makes me cringe. Im selling 2 cycles,ko3 and chip if anyones interested PLEASE let me know. I could really use the cash about now.

 

That is a joke dude. Why would you pay them that much to replace the engine. Take the car to an independant mechanic and get a used engine for half that price. BTW sorry bout your luck. [:'(]

 

I talked about and used engine and they said they can do that, but you never know what your getting. I would rather just get a bran new engine that can handle a powerful setup. I would really like a S but theres no way i can when im only gettting 1,500 for that car.The tuner i usaully use would be worse, he charges about the same as dealer and takes 3 weeks to do a clutch job.

 

I think I would have to find somewhere else to take my car! That pretty steep for any engine.

 

What are you talking about???? that is good price for all that. Neil told me the engine alone was 4k. 2,500 for a total engine install plus turbo and a few other things is not bad.

No, the the reinstall of mine. That 6,500 is with some other goodies too.
