New Tires/wheels
I am pretty set on buying the 19" RS4 B7 Reps for my B7 A4 with sports suspension and I have 3 questions.
1. Can anyone recommend a decent shop in Norcal, I live in Monterey and have no problem travelling? I spoke with one shop about it, but I am concerned that it may not be a reputable shop, I would prefer one that typically works on Audi's.
2. I may be moving to New York soon and was wondering if it is possible to put all season's tires on 19s. I found some from Michellin tires, but they were like $318 which is more than the rim and I am not too sure if its good to ride 19s in the snow regardless of the type of tire. Also instead of all seasons is it more efficient to use the 19s and summer tires during the summer then switch back to the 17" rims and all season tires in the winter versus just using all season tires on the 19s year round.
3. Since I have the sport suspension, if I get the 19s would I have to lower the car. I like the way it sits now and I don't want to look like I'm riding in a wagon because of the bigger rims, but at the same time I'm not too eager to change the shocks and suspension.
I know this is sort of noobish, but if I do it I want to do it right and I don't want to go off just what the shop is telling me. Any help is appreciated.

1. can't help you there as i live in Florida
2. I really wouldn't go with all season tires becuase they take away from the amazing suspensions in these cars. All my friends who went this route regretted it in the end. If you can afford it definitely go with with swapping out the tires for the different seasons.
3. I would definitely drop it a little bit to make it look 20x better
