Of course not, Giac and Apr software are equally as fast. Tuning dbw cars is alot harder then ndbw. This is why 97 to 99.5 A4s still are have the fastest times.

ok.. , sorry to change the subject, but with the codes from my post about the fault codes, should i go back to the giac dealer and have them check it out to be safe?

I don't know where you got that information. The GIAC-X chip is the best chip for 2001's. I think what you meant to say is, if you are DBW don't go k04, especially not if your an '01.
