Default Newbie - Finished mods

I bought this 1999 a4 quattro 1.8T the end of June.
Broke my knee a few days later so since I've been on crutches.....did some upgrades!

What do you all think?

Don't know much about where to go next?!?!?!?!
Not alot of money right now for K04 upgrade. Maybe for Xmas!
What should I do with stock?
Diverter valve or Blow off valve?
Benefits or major differences between the two?
I want the loud sound of ejecting air out but am more concerned about more power and torque.
Help me fellas!
This is my 1st Audi.

first off with the carbino you should get the rush of air sound you want with the dv

a bov vents atmospherically... our cars like to recurc...... you can get a bov, but i would go with the one in the big thread, a lil searching goes a long way

looks nice!
I would say add a forge DV, some drilled/slotteds and some upgraded brake pads, and of course, more pictures!

if you want more power, don't get the k04. It is a k03 with a slightly larger compressor. Save up for a gt28r.

love the car, looks clean, i agree with these guys, more pics!

So I've heard alot about goin with the TT 710n dv? Is it a comparible upgrade to a Forge or Bailey's?
How tough is a dv install? Can a person that's not an actual mechanic do it?

Would a K04 provide alot more horse and torque than the K03 for the price? It's like 1500. That's not bad at all.
Or is the GT28r the best choice hands down? What could one expect from that upgrade?

Here's a few I had in my computer. I'll get more tomorrow including the Carbonio intake.
Carbonio's really do make it sound much, much better. And they look PIMP!

i see them, nice ride man. the carbonio intake allows you to hear the air better like a bov but it doesn't really help as far as gaining hp.

the gt28r is by far better, it can push 300hp and the k04 can push 225.

and 1500 for a k04, that is hella expensive. you can get a gt28r setup for you car for 1500.

the 710 is fine. Its just not adjustable like the higher priced ones. It will serve you well for now, and its cheap.
Its more of a preventive maintenance than anything, the stock dv is prone to fail with increased boost.

Yoouu can Dooooo it!
