they just let us use the code reader, they don't even come out to the car. just have to give them your drivers license and u can borrow for however long u need it.

 

oh, yeah if they don't see it, then they can't be held liable. usually the guys down here just give it to you and say "i didn't see anything"

guys, where can I get the vag cable? I dont understand, how come the program and the cable are like $400 at vagcom but if I get the $20 wire, the program is free so I basically get the whole thing for 20?

 

cause the ebay vag cable can't do everything the full version can. it uses a free shareware version of vag. if you got the real thing, you would get a license for the full program.
