you can buy a new lower pan for around $80 shipped on www.autohausaz.com. Super easy to swap out, like said before just move the sway bar out of the way and then all you have is about 12 hex bolts. Don't forget to get another gasket also...

 

Undo the shield, unscrew I think there are 4 bolts, then use like JB weld or something that always works.
